Rafael completed the entire project as contracted in one day! I appreciate his expertise as he really was knowledgable and made superior recommendations. We had 2.45 inches of rain that night, another contractor would have been shut down flooded for who knows how long.

I called Moys well service told them the well stopped working and that we had no water he said I am sending a crew right now, sure enough 2 techs showed up within and hour I was amazed. 2 Techs ( Lucio and Huatis ) know their stuff they came prepared for everything and the most unbelievable part is they had everything on the truck pump motor, electrical box, brass check valve and several different size fittings they even came with truck to pull the well if needed. I cannot say enough good about this company. They took my emergency seriously and came though. Thank you Moys well service for everything.

After many phone calls and emails to water well companies to drill and install solar pump system, only James from Moy's Water Well Drilling & Service's Of Texas returned my phone call. This Company is excellent and yes their staff is very qualified. From who answers the phone to who contacts you later to ask what is going on. We were in a pickle with no water on a Friday afternoon, 6PM and a John was excellent with his return call. Very professional and up front with what can be done and when. That is the best way to deal with any company. "Tell me what you can do to help or what you can't do". My husband and I were very pleased when they worked on our well 3 years ago and we are just again as pleased with the work they did this time around.

Called both numbers on office door and no answer. Left messages on both voicemails and no response. Text both numbers also no response. Stopped at their office it was locked and no one was there. If I could leave zero stars I would. I was looking to have a major project done and they just must not like money. Take your business elsewhere. I did. Update: Jack reached out to me after being informed of my review and he honestly sounds like a good guy. I understand the construction world having been a contractor myself for over a decade. Sometimes you get so overwhelmed its hard to field every call or question. I feel like he was sincere in his apology and have set up a time to meet with them over work I still need done. I hate to give bad reviews as I know it can affect someones livelihood in a negative way. This is a review that is still ongoing. I feel a little better after having actually spoken to someone and will keep everyone posted on my experience with WaveFire moving forward.

Jack Strange and John Loya went over and above their way to help in re-roofing my home. Small town friendly and extremely professional folks from initially climbing the roof to assess my roof issues to even meeting and again climbing the roof to discuss the damages with my insurance adjuster. Thereafter, every detail of the entire process was explained clearly. The roofing crew came early, were respectful and courteous, and left not a speck of trash or debris when they completed the job. Eva and I LOVE our new roof and are extremely satisfied customers and would strongly recommend WaveFire Construction, a LOCAL, Pleasanton vendor.

No call, no show. I set an entire day aside for them. In my experience, If a business can't show up to earn your business, or at least call to let you know they can't make it, they typically do the same once you've given them the work. Had to find someone else.

If you're looking for honest plumbers, choose these guys. I did a home water hardness test kit which indicated I had hard water. I called them to give us a quote on a water softener. They came out and tested my water and said while there is some hardness, it's probably not enough to justify spending all the money to soften the water. They could have easily told me I had to have one and gotten a good payday from it, but didn't. If I need any plumbing needs in the future, I'll be calling them.

Had an excellent experience with them. They were able to walk me through figuring out why kind of filtration system I needed and provided great service. The Plummer who visited had an amazing depth of experience and helped walk us through a decision.

Jaime came back to work on our unit for a second time and was great! he replaced our entire toilet and fixed our leakage problems within an hour and a half and was polite and professional as always, and was even willing to work with my landlord on a fair price.

Machine is broken most of the time, and when you contact them, they never respond. I would avoid using this location.

The machine is out of service: there is no power on it or on the charging screen.
